I have 45 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having just left the CEO seat with a community based non-profit for the last 18 years . Extensive work in Early Childhood Education, Parent Education and Support, Child Welfare and Mental Health Services. I have had the opportunity in 2 separate organizations to implement strategy leading to growth of services in both Urban and Rural communities throughout Arizona. I have experience in program development, bringing together community members to solve complex problems and building collaborative relationships across sectors to achieve the greatest impact,

I have worked with Susie for more than 10 years and she has been an exceptional mentor and voice of reason inn the sphere of health and human services. I had the joy of having Susie on my Board of Directors at the Arizona Council of Human service Providers, where we focused on administrative and legislative advocacy for more than 115 provider agencies across the state. The knowledge and expertise that Susie brings to any work in child welfare and Behavioral Health space is not only insightful, but it is based in years of experience and success inn both. As an Association, we heavily relied on Susie’s strong business acumen, her innovative ideas and her ability to make hard, but necessary decisions.
